Hello, Recently, I received a laptop from.one of my friends for repair. Actually,.it doesn't boot properly. I have a copy of DVD 1 of Jessie i386.
The laptop has actually an AMD Athlon processor. The fact about getting another copy is that it requires resources and time to download. Thus, can I use the i386 one to install. Also, is it fit for my laptop#2 reporting 337 bad sectors (toshiba-500 gb) to run debian. Thanks Himanshu Shekhar India
