Subject: xfsdump package not available in testing?

Poking around the Debian packages website, xfsdump should be available in
Stretch per that page (link included below). However:
# apt-get install xfsdump
Reading package lists... Done

Building dependency tree

Reading state information... Done

Package xfsdump is not available, but is referred to by another package.

This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or

is only available from another source

However the following packages replace it:

  xfsprogs

E: Package 'xfsdump' has no installation candidate

I have xfsprogs installed, but it doesn't supply xfsdump/xfsrestore. The
package that does, apparently, isn't available. AmI missing something
obvious?
