Hello! I'm curious about mtrr.
when i type cat /proc/mtrr i got: reg00: base=0x00000000 ( 0MB), size= 256MB: write-back, count=1 reg01: base=0xd6000000 (3424MB), size= 16MB: write-combining, count=1 reg02: base=0xd0000000 (3328MB), size= 64MB: write-combining, count=1 so. to me it looks like i have mtrr (i've compiled my kernel with mtrr) The question I'd like to ask is: Do I need to enable it somehow in X windows or X does use mtrr automatically ? thanks Jan -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
