libmagick5-dev no longer exists in testing; use libmagick-dev instead.

You must have both stable and testing listed in /etc/apt/sources.list in
order for apt-get to say this rather than telling you that
libmagick5-dev doesn't exist. I strongly recommend having only one
release listed there; you'll suffer much less confusion this way.

(I'd also suggest using a better package manager than apt-get, which was
originally just a test tool ...)
