Coax? The coax connector on the PVR150 expects to be connecting a CATV signal. Is your camera sending that? If so, which channel? You'll need to set the PVR150's tuner to match. You should also have inputs for RCA composite and SVideo Y/C, which don't need to be tuned. -dsr-
