I speculate that it is a machine to be used as a headless server, so it would
be an overkill to buy a graphics card just to do initial installation, as you
would never need graphics from that point on.

If this speculation is true, then the simplest solution would be to *borrow* a
graphics card from some machine for initial installation.

Or, if you can get into BIOS settings somehow (in spite of a defunct graph
card?) and if your machine (BIOS) can use an RS232 port for remote console
(server class machines usually do) then you can connect to the broken machine
over telnet / RS-232.

As I don't know what exactly "...with graphic board broken" means (driver
problem? hardware problem? totally or partially broken? if partially, then how
broken? etc.) I can't comment further.
