Hello,
I need to correct my previous statements; I was previously running Stretch,
not Jessie. I hooked up my old hard drive and verified the versions I was
using before:
bluez 5.43-2+deb9u1
pulseaudio-module-bluetooth 10.0-1+deb9u1
Everything worked under those versions, on Debian 9.
I'll give hcidump a try and see if that reveals anything I didn't see with
btmon. Thanks for the suggestion. And as requested:
# hciconfig -a

Browsing 9B:1F:48:B8:55:F6 ...
(There's no other output from sdptool, it just exits back to the shell).
Thanks,
