Then this entire discussion is pointless. No one here has a complete list of Webmail providers but a Web seach using your favorite search engine will provide one. Do a search and start testing. I would point out that you could use a text mail program such as Mutt to read your mail via a provider such as Newsguy and still direct other people to the Webmail interface, but you've not made it clear what you mean by the latter.
