USB sticks come in various shapes and sizes though, and most of them 
have some sort of keychain loop that can be used to attach tag(s) as big 
as needed.

Hardware can be recycled and new stuff is often using *much* less power 
(and space, often also completely silent because passively cooled) while 
providing better performance.
