The libgcc-s1:i386 is marked as "Important: yes" which means that apt will refuse to remove it by default. It should not be that way, but apparently this is a workaround for potentially losing libgcc_s.so.1 on upgrades from buster. See https://bugs.debian.org/972936. Cheers, Sven
