Color problem with Bullseye Click and paste.

I have finally updated my Linux computer from Buster to Bullseye with 
the Xfce4-4.5 Desktop

The copy and paste operation is slightly different than I am used to:


Specifically, the color of the click and the pasted items. How can I 
change to color scene to:
