SD, *not* SSD; two different things. SD cards are notoriously
unreliable, and it sounds like it went bad. That happens, a lot. Throw
it away, get another one. (There are less-unreliable cards, but they are
more like $100 than $5 and rarely seen at consumer retail locations
because typical consumers won't pay that much.)
