No. What is your goal?

The backports suite is meant for specific packages and their
dependencies. Packages in backports typically have fewer users and less
testing. Consequently they are more likely to have undiscovered bugs.
They also may not receive a security update as quickly as packages from
the main archive.

You generally should not use a package from -backports unless you really
need to. So blindly upgrading to every backports package that you can
find does not make sense.

No, it will make it harder. Packages are mostly tested for upgrade from
the version in the previous release, i.e. oldstable, not olstable-backports.
