It looks like you (or someone acting on your behalf) created a local instance of this bind9.service file, over 6 years ago. Perhaps you had been instructed that if you wanted to make changes to a unit file, you were supposed to copy the whole thing to /etc/systemd/system/ and then edit that copy. (That is indeed ONE possible way to go about it, but not the best way, usually.) In any case, yeah, I'd get rid of that. Maybe move it to /root/ in case you want to refer to it in the future, or whatever. Afterward, do a "systemctl daemon-reload".
