So am I. The list above is deduced from the postinsts, and it seems
that for these two:

  x-tzdata_2007b-1_all.deb
  x-tzdata_2008e-1etch3_all.deb

there are both possibilities depending on which parts get executed.
So I'd run your eyes over those scripts yourself.

I've looked at the older packages, and these appear to be:
