sarge courier imap with virtual hosts

Hello All,

Courier, in sarge, seems to be setup to supply email from ~/Maildir

How can I set it up to pull mail from:
        [domian]/[FirstTwoLettersOfLocalPart]/[LocalPart]/Maildir
exim4 is being used for smtp.
