Hi, Tom.. Am typing this in case this is your situation, too. I just officially upgraded to Forky this week. My xfce4-terminal immediately stopped accepting CTRL+V copy-and-paste options. Purely by coincidence, I was messing around under "Edit > Preferences" a couple hours later. Under the Advanced tab, there's an option that says, "Disable all menu access keys (such as Alt + f)." This is the first time I ever remember seeing that. Mine was checked (toggled on) so I unchecked it on a whim. Copy and pastes started working again. PHEW because that's how I operate in there all day every day. Here's hoping this is part of your problem, too. The thing I do specific to obscured passwords is I "hen peck" (a quick poke and release) at the keys to try and beat the key repeat rate that messes up my own authorization attempts. It's a low level "nerve- racking" pain, lol. Cindy :) -- Talking Rock, Pickens County, Georgia, USA * runs with birdseed! *
