Very slow deb.debian.org speeds

I'm noticing very slow speeds from deb.debian.org, wanted to see if anyone
knew if there's a DoS attack or something going on, or if it's just high
load. I haven't used Debian much, I've mostly been on Fedora, but usually
the speeds have been pretty good for me, so I figured I'd ask and see
what's up.
