Ditto since yesterday at least. I've eventually reported a bug: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1114976 > Reexecuting the command worked correctly. In my case, reexecuting the command does not yield an error, but it does not try to download the concerned files again.
