I cannot seem to reproduce this - either with the built-in org 9.7.11 or
with elpa-org 9.7.29.  Can you reproduce this using `emacs -Q'?  If so,
please file a bug through reportbug (or `M-x debian-bug') and provide
detailed recipe of reproducing steps.  Thanks!
