I have a similar problem since using kernel 6.16. It happens with 6.17 too
but not with 6.15. Perhaps open a bug against linux-image-amd64
or linux-image-6.17.8+deb14-amd64?
I have not opened a bug before so I have been dubious of doing it myself.
