I want to change the splashscreen. I can not find how to install from file. For why and what ever reason there is no install from file and there is not a good slection to choose from but when I go to the kde store there are loads to choose from. That makes no sense. As i ask why? I can install logon screen from file and cursers but the splashscreen why? This is not right it used to be easy to do things like this.I can not find any information so please help so I can change the splashscreen.
