There are indeed two outstanding bugs listed which might be relevant: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/nouveau/-/issues/358 https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/nouveau/-/issues/402 In both cases, it is mentioned that the proprietary nvidia module should work okay so I will try that and will report back.
