I don't think this is a concern for anyone in this forum, but just in case it is, in order to reach FFFF from the Gallic region, where it is geo-blocked, I was obliged to create a Debian instance with one the Free Tier cloud providers (instance based in the US East Coast). Running Firefox through a manual, SOCKS v.5 proxy and ssh tunnel works without a hitch.
