I don't entirely disagree. I think, in France, they once said that over 25% of all 12-year-olds had seen hard porn on the Internet. I think that's a problem. But I don't know how to solve it. Maybe it is unsolvable in this day and age. They banned social media here for people under 15, but the implementation details are absent. I don't think there are any implementation details to reveal. It's just hand-waving.
