Thanks for forwarding your reply — I'm no expert on printing. AFAICT this model doesn't have wireless connectivity. The specs: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/product-specs/hp-laserjet-p1006-printer/3435682 say Wireless capability No, and a picture of the carton: https://www.ebay.com/itm/187834783735?chn=ps&mkevt=1&mkcid=28&google_free_listing_action=view_item shows only USB. That said, there is a driver at: https://www.openprinting.org/printer/HP/HP-LaserJet_P1006 which claims to run this printer. The package in trixie is printer-driver-foo2zjs. (I don't run sid.)
