Wonder if some of the openweathermaps.org data can be incorporated into
either weather -f /location, or weather-util?
The station on Toronto island, CYTZ is automated. is such a number
existed, am unsure of the service you referenced, it would likely use that
station.
Still, providing phone data has been the duty of Environment Canada for
likely decades.

find an AWoS phone number, similar to an ATIS which are updated hourly, but
those automated stations provide conditions each minute.
