GNOME CD Ripper

If you are using KDE then:
k3b/stable 25.04.0-1 amd64
Sophisticated CD/DVD burning application

 I personally use Sound Converter
soundconverter/stable 4.0.6-2 all
 GNOME application to convert audio files into other formats
