Certainly.

ripit is a command line CD ripper that uses libcdparanoia to get
data from CDs and both freedb and MusicBrainz to identify tracks
and populate titles and ID3 tags. By default it creates one WAV
per track, but it can also process into FLAC or MP3 or nearly
anything else.
