If I offer up a new application source code set how do you propose to
detect lying?
Say a young developer from a foreign country offers up a new application
source code:
How do you conclusively detect:
_Ethical breaches?_ Please define ethics. Is there a standard
international definition?
Was that definition agreed to by China, North Korea, and Cuba? Love to
hear from the
EU on this one. Have they finished their debate on the definition of
Sausage yet?
_Legal breaches?_ Copyrights? Trade Marks? Patent Violations But then in
what country?
Whats legal in China may be illegal in the US and visa versa?
_Lying?_ How do you determine the absolute truth when communicating
across languages
and cultures?
Trustworthiness? What dose the developer need to do? Include a note from
his priest?
