Well, with all due respect, they deserved what they got. I'm pretty dumb and 
naive, but even I accepted Debian for what it is decades ago.

Since we're misusing -isms, I'd like to throw in my own butchering: a person's 
worth in an open source project is a function of the resources under their 
control - however legitimately. By that definition, it's one of the purer forms 
of capitalism.
