Debian installation media can be bought. Looking at the list,
"LinuxCollections.com" probably fits the bill best:

* "Allows Contributions" - This means that either you can pay extra
money and have it donated to Debian, or that a portion of the sale
will be shared with Debian. The Debian project thanks you for such a
