The last time I tried with a bleeding edge distro, OpenSUSE Tumbleweed,
I had the same issue, so it doesn't appear to be Debian-specific.
Any suggestions?
I'm afraid you'll have to wait the Linux kernel 7.4 just now Intel is
still send patches for the Panther Lake chipset:
