I don't know whether there is a misconfiguration. I tried to answer
the question:

is it possible to set "actual:" from 933 MT/s to 1866 MT/s?

For this question:

So do I have a DRAM misconfiguration it the BIOS on my machine because
"actual" value doesn't match the "spec" value? Correct?
