Thanks for your support. Now it works!

I just don't know why.....

I try your suggestions many many times, with different parameters but 
without success.. Then I installed the system again using ext3 instead 
reiserfs, and try again, and install it again back to reiserfs... And 
somehow, somewhere, something happend ;-)

The only difference that I have seen, is that now both HD have the same 
geometry... (?)
