Feb 5 21:22:20 reflex kernel: PPP line discipline registered. I've had the same problem during an upgrade. I think it went away after upgrading the modules package (using 1.2.8 now), but I was struggling with a buggy modem and lost track of all the changes after a while. Hope this helps. Evert-Jan.
