Thank you for the suggestion. Be assured that I invested a considerable amount of time and thought into crafting this proposal¹. It went through multiple iterations before arriving at the current version, which reflects my own judgment and the outcome I wanted to achieve. I chose to disclose my use of an LLM because I believe transparency is important, especially in the context of this GR. At the same time, I consider this proposal to be a practical demonstration of one of the central points I have made elsewhere in this discussion: for me, an LLM can act as a drafting and language-assistance tool without replacing my own ideas, reasoning, or responsibility for the final text. For that reason, I do not intend to replace the current version² with one prepared through a different drafting process. I would instead refer to the arguments I made earlier in this subthread: https://lists.debian.org/debian-vote/2026/07/msg00185.html https://lists.debian.org/debian-vote/2026/07/msg00233.html ¹ Shameless plug: the proposal is still looking for seconders. ² https://lists.debian.org/debian-vote/2026/07/msg00343.html -- tobi
