FYI, Arthur has packaged it and his git tree (for git-buildpackage) is available in https://github.com/baloo/pkg-php-token-stream. May I suggest to erase contents of http://git.debian.org/?p=pkg-php/php-token-stream.git;a=summary by Arthur's, as it is sync-ed with upstream's git tree (git-buildpackage makes this easy ;).
