We've already further proceeded towards a Hovercraft package. The current status is:
1) python3-svg.path like written above is ready to get uploaded (sponsored) [1]. 2) the maintainer of python-watchdog already reacted [2] and made a package of python3-pathtools [3], needed for that. 3) Manuel is only needed to the tests, but I found that very interesting and went for it, too [4].
