the content and the build of the package is fine, also no real blockers
through Lintian vissible.

Except this warning:

W: imsprog: appstream-metadata-missing-modalias-provide
usr/lib/udev/rules.d/99-CH341.rules

I'm not thiat deep in the internals of imsprog and maybe this is a false
positive, if not have a loo at these resources to hopefully get this
warning fixed:

>From https://freedesktop.org/software/appstream/docs/chap-Metadata.html

...
<modalias/>

A modalias glob representing the hardware types (for example USB,
PCI, ACPI, DMI) this component handles. Useful for installing
printer drivers or other USB protocol drivers for smartphones,
firmware, and out of tree kernel drivers.
...

In the Debian Wiki
https://wiki.debian.org/AppStream/Guidelines#Announcing_supported_hardware

The Lintian warning should get addressed in a further new release.

For now to me it's o.k. to upload the current version 1.3.2-1

Regrads
Carsten
