I think no, but I can upload a newer version to NEW every time.
It might be that a FTP-Admin is "complaining" about that warning, but a
reject of the package should not happen.
My guess is that a review of the package will take a bit of time, I'd be
surprised if it will get processed within of days.
So proceed with your usual development process and ping me once you
released a new version which has fix included. I'll prepare a new upload
then.
