Hi Matteo,
I was talking to [email protected] in bug 1117510, and it sounded like he had already prepared minizip-ng in parallel with me (at https://salsa.debian.org/jljusten/minizip-ng/-/blob/4.0.10/debian/control?ref_type=heads), so it seems like we are going to go with his upload now. (seems like I may have accidentally hit reply instead of reply all at one point in that thread and caused it to get missed from the bug report comments). He also shared this link to his blender build that he mentioned was working (https://salsa.debian.org/jljusten/blender/-/commits/4.5.3), but I haven't had a chance to test either myself yet. Jordan, is there anything you would like help with on either of those, or are they ready for Matteo to review? I've just tested your minizip-ng package on mentors [1] and it fails to build from source (FTBFS). Please, try to fix it and I'll give it a try again and, in case, I'll upload it to the NEW queue; keep in mind that you'll become the official maintainer for the package, since you're mentioned there as 'Maintainer'; otherwise, find a team that could help you with maintaining the package and, in that case, you can move yourself to 'Uploaders' role.
