Hmm - do the pages use symbolic links? Those are a _real_ PITA
with CVS.
Other than that, I have a site (www.wanderer.org) that has a few
thousand files under CVS, multiple authors, three people stuffing
data into CVS (other are mostly computer illiterate), and it works
quite well. It is 90% autogenerated from a custom pure-ascii format,
designed for the average author.
