It is clear that some of the people arguing for html compliance have greater knowledge of CSS than most (all?) of the webmasters. Conversion to (I'm sure Peter would prefer I say 'addition of') CSS could be greatly hastened by someone provided us with a copy of the main page appropriately modified.
