Yes, do you know if there is any effort to translate these pages? I am always a bit reluctant to direct a new (non-english speaking) Debian user to lists.debian.org. There are some translations for the descriptions (f.e. http://cvs.debian.org/webwml/french/MailingLists/desc/user/?cvsroot=webwml), but they don't seem to be used. Fred
