That is correct.
One caveat -- Declude uses the "MAIL FROM:" address from the SMTP
envelope. If the free merchants are doing something really funky, it's
possible that the whitelist wouldn't work properly without changing the
domain to the one that they are using.
The debug logs should show exactly what is going on.
