John,
The only way to totally shut down your open relay is to use Relay for
Addresses only! With local users someone can forge that they are a local
user and the message will go thru without any questions. With the Addresses
setting, if it is not a valid address, they have to use SMTP Auth, which
requires they have an account and password.
