Yep.  Using Outlook 2000 here as well, with the same issue.  So I guess this
is a Microsoft OL2000 issue.  Does it work for everyone elses mail clients?

The CRLF should automatically be added.

I think someone had recently posted here about a mail client that would
merge the first two lines together under certain circumstances?
