This would explain our problem. I guess if you do not want
Declude name in your header, you are outta luck on this issue...
We chose to use only the name of our own services only in header
inserts. We also do not do reverse lookups for headers any more
because this slows mail delivery time. We would rather you use
the mailfrom actually, but I do not know how you would integrate
this.
