The first thing to check is that the LOGFILE line in the 
\IMail\Declude\global.cfg file wasn't changed to point to an invalid 
drive/path (the default "spool\dec####.log" is fine).

The next thing would be to type "\IMail\Declude -diag" from a command 
prompt, to see if it says "invalid activation code", which would prevent 
Declude JunkMail from working (if so, let me know, and I'll take care of it 
for you).
